The Reclamation Phase (1963~1967)
Lin De-Gi, the first director of Wuling Farm, lead the veterans to open more land up to cultivating kaolnn vegetables in the summer and temperate tree fruits. He accepted the counsel of the Agricultural Revival Development Committee to assure the firm’s management policy.

The Agricultural Phase (1967~1981)
After completed land reform and planted vegetables in North valley, Wuling Farm formulated the new system of production competition to strength the management of fruit trees for elevating the volume of production. Simultaneously, Wuling Farm introduced mechanical operation to raise efficiency and decrease workforces. The direct operation has achieved the aim of self-sufficient since 1980.

The Leisure Farm Transforming Phase (1981~1988)
After accomplished the first terms of the transforming phase in 1986. Wuling Farm’s plan to develop facilities of the software and hardware, camping grounds, lion garden, tea houses, employee lodgings and travel service center gradually fresh impetus to tourism in 1989. In the meantime, Wuling Farm strived for subsidies from Tourism Bureau and expanded pieces of equipment by step.

The Tourism Transforming Phase (1999~)
After Implemented the second terms of the transforming programS and built Number Two Hotel, Wuling Farm complied with the government policy and constructed out it’s Number Two Hotel management project. Then, Wuling Farm continued to renovate all kinds of facilities, including maple forest consulate, butterfly consulate, camping grounds, tea house, underground electronic system , and mountain botanical garden project. This caused Wuling Farm into the transition of tourism.
